4.1 Tempus shall not use your information for any purpose other than in furtherance to providing the services.

4.3 Only Tempus professionals and support staff can access the personal information. They are required to strictly abide by contractual confidentiality obligations. Their relationship with us may be terminated, in case they fail to abide by the obligations.

5.1 Your Personal Data shall not be retained for longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which we collect or process them, unless otherwise required for the purposes of fulfilling any legal obligation.
5.2 In the event, Tempus is unable to process the information submitted by you for whatsoever reason(s), the same shall be deleted unless it is required by us to do so under law and/or as may be required for any internal or external audit purposes.

6. Data Purging
6.1 Tempus has necessary policies, mechanism and tools in place to ensure all the information that are collected and stored are deleted as soon as the purpose as described in this privacy policy is completed, unless it is mandated by law to be maintained by the privacy policy.
6.2 Any data destroyed shall be disposed of in a manner that protects the privacy of your information, in an appropriate manner as per the industry standard practices and norms.

7.1 To request details or removal of the personal data concerning you, and to have your personal information rectified or corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

8.1 Tempus shall in no manner be liable for any violation under this privacy policy, under this privacy policy, if the Information,
a) is already available in public domain; or
b) is collected by way of any illegal and unlawful means; or
c) is provided by any person who is incompetent under Section 11 of Indian Contract Act, 1872.
d) For any actions of third parties in relation to your personal information which you may have shared with such third parties.
