Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Telangana, Kamesh Vedula, has over 6 years of experience as a lawyer and specializes in litigation and disputes resolution including legal strategy, research, drafting, advocacy and negotiations.

He regularly handles various litigation matters such as Writ Petitions, Arbitrations, Insolvency & Bankruptcy proceedings, Debt Recovery proceedings, Civil and Commercial suits, Company Petitions, Employment disputes, Tax matters, Enforcement Directorate cases and Consumer disputes among others and advises corporates and represents them before various High Courts, Civil Courts, Labour Courts, Tribunals, Statutory and Regulatory Authorities, among others.

REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTIONS
  • Engaged by several technology companies to appear before Civil Courts, Labour Commissioners and other authorities in employment matters.
  • Engaged by several companies in company matters in filing winding up petitions, amalgamations, mergers; reduction of capital and other corporate matters before the NCLTs.
  • Engaged by a National Educational Institution for defending it in various litigations in the High Court at Hyderabad.
  • Engaged by a major IT company and an International Organization to file writs in the High Court of Telangana impugning the illegal levy of wheeling charges (electricity) and successfully obtained interim stay orders.
  • Engaged by an Uttar Pradesh based Company manufacturing carpets for domestic sale and exports to file writs in Andhra Pradesh High Court and Telangana High Court impugning the orders passed by the Enforcement Directorate Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad Zonal offices freezing the bank accounts of the Company as well as provisionally attaching the immovable properties of the Company and successfully obtained interim stay orders.
  • Successfully represented Visakhapatnam based Clients in seeking cancellation of development agreement by instituting appropriate arbitration proceedings in Hyderabad after disputes arose with the Developer.
  • Engaged on multiple occasions by an Oil & Natural Gas company in India in resolving disputes arising out of Oil & Natural Gas Supply Contracts with its buyer in the K-G Basin through arbitration proceedings.
  • Engaged by Hyderabad based manufacturing company in the Personal Care Industry segment and another Poland based pharmaceutical distribution company in international commercial arbitrations in respect of disputes with their vendors/manufacturers arising out of minimum business guarantee obligations in Manufacturing & Supply Agreements.
  • Successfully represented and defended a Hyderabad based pharmaceutical company in three commercial court cases filed by its vendors against the client company by amicably settling the matter in Lok Adalat.
  • Successfully represented and defended a Hyderabad based company in oppression and mismanagement petition filed against it in NCLT Hyderabad.
  • Engaged by a Hyderabad based distribution company and a US based e-commerce company in defending against trademark infringement proceedings instituted by a manufacturing company in Ranga Reddy Commercial Court.
  • Engaged by a Hyderabad based software company in defending against the recovery proceedings initiated by the liquidator under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in NCLT Mumbai.
  • Engaged by several companies based out of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in defending Section 9 petitions filed by the operational creditors under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in NCLT Hyderabad and Amaravati.
  • Advised and assisted an Infrastructure and Construction company based out of Hyderabad in successfully preparing a Resolution Plan for submission to the Resolution Professional in respect of a company engaged in operationalizing a hotel project in Goa which was admitted under insolvency due to pending environmental and property title litigation.
  • Engaged by a Mining Company post-CIRP resolution in advising, strategizing, drafting and defending from time to time in various proceedings instituted against it by vendors and statutory authorities.
  • Engaged by an infrastructure company based out of Hyderabad in impugning the notification of the properties owned by it as wakf land by filing appropriate writ in the Telangana High Court and defending the company in original suits filed in Wakf Tribunal from dispossession.
